Professional exam

The professional exam will take place 29.04.2026. The final deadline for the submission of documents (application, portfolio, copies of educational proof documents, etc.) will be further announced.

Please send the documents to the general email of the association info@lepitus.ee.

The professional exam consists of two rounds: pevaluation of the orthoolio and oral exam. 

Professional Qualification are welcome to apply for all family conciliators who respond requirements of the professional standard.

Compliance is described by the invitation procedure.

Those who have completed the basic training of family conciliators (160 ac/hours + internship + supervision + exam) or analogous preparation as a family conciliator, which has been declared suitable by the EEC Professional Commission, can apply for the invitation. 

To apply for an invitation, please submit:

  1. Statement
  2. Copy of identity document (passport, ID card)
  3. Copy (s) of the document certifying education (also previously attributed upon reapplication)
  4. CV
  5. Copy of payment order or other confirmation of payment of costs related to the granting of the invitation (207 euros a/a EE342221014552543)
  6. List of additional training courses for family conciliation qualification
  7. Portfolio:: Description of family conciliation work experience over the past 3 years and descriptions of duly submitted cases according to the "family conciliator level 6" or "family conciliator level 7" assessment standard, form of filing of cases.

PS. Application for invitation the price is 207 euros.

In addition:

  1. If justified, the Professional Commission shall be entitled to request further documents certifying the applicant's competence.
  2. The applicant for the invitation is responsible for the correctness of the documents submitted.
  3. Consideration of previous studies and work experience - The EEC Professional Commission takes into account the procedures for the consideration of previous studies and work experience (READ). On this basis, the applicant shall be assessed for compliance with the conditions of the applicant in the event that the applicant does not have proof of conformity with the conditions of the Estonian Association of Conciliators.
