Family Conciliator Invitation
The basic training programme for family conciliators carried out by the EU meets the requirements of basic training for family conciliators in Europe on the basis of which it is possible to apply for a family conciliator's invitation and a Europass http://www.europass.ee/, which gives the rights to work throughout Europe.

In cooperation With the Chamber of Professions requirements and procedures for professional examinations were completed by 2012. The EUU is the grantor of the family-spinner's invitation.

The professional exam will take place on 29 April 2026.The last deadline for the submission of documents (application, portfolio, copies of documents certifying education, etc.) is further announced.
The professional examination takes place in Tallinn and consists of two rounds: portfolio assessment and oral examination.
All family conciliators who meet the requirements of the professional standard are welcome to apply for the vocational qualification.
Those who have completed the basic training of family conciliators (160 ac/hours + internship + supervision + exam) or analogous preparation as a family conciliator, which has been declared suitable by the EEC Professional Commission, can apply for the invitation.
The price for applying for an invitation is €207.
Prerequisites for applying for an invitation:
Invitation family spender, the preconditions for applying for Level 6 are:
- higher education, preferably from psychology, social sciences or law,
- family mediation training in a capacity of 160 ac/hours (which has been supplemented by a client work practice and an exam),
- the existence of at least three supervised case solutions.
Invitation family spender, the preconditions for applying for Level 7 are:
- higher education, preferably from psychology, social sciences or law,
- family mediation training in a capacity of 160 ac/hours (which has been supplemented by a client work practice and an exam),
- family mediation and/or near-specialty in-service training (with certified copies of the certificates),
- worked with at least 20 cases admitted,
- have completed at least 30 supervision hours (supervisor signatures),
- supervisited yourself at least 5 family reconciliation cases.
To apply for an invitation, please submit:
- Statement
- Copy of identity document (passport, ID card)
- Copy (s) of the document certifying education (also previously attributed upon reapplication)
- CV
- Copy of payment order or other confirmation of payment of costs related to the granting of the invitation (207 euros a/a EE342221014552543)
- Loeleu of additional training courses for family conciliation qualification
- Portfolio: description of family mediation work experience in the last 3 years and descriptions of duly presented cases according to "family conciliator level 6" or "family conciliator level 7" to the evaluation standard, form of filing of cases.
PS. The price for reapplication of the invitation is 98 euros.
In addition:
- If justified, the Professional Commission shall be entitled to request further documents certifying the applicant's competence.
- The applicant for the invitation is responsible for the correctness of the documents submitted.
- Consideration of previous studies and work experience - The EEC Professional Commission takes into account the procedures for the consideration of previous studies and work experience (READ). On this basis, the applicant shall be assessed for compliance with the conditions of the applicant in the event that the applicant does not have proof of conformity with the conditions of the Estonian Association of Conciliators.
