We are a non-profit professional association that supports the introduction of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Our activities focus on ensuring that families and other parties find a way to resolve disagreements confidentially, with dignity and outside court proceedings, and that the median act as a reliable and comprehensible part of the legal system.
