Missing Children Europe's 2018 Reports: Annual Review 2018 

Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Legal Affairs, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, together with Roberta Angelill, the European Parliament mediator for cross-border child abduction, launched a campaign to raise awareness of issues related to child care and visitation rights and parental child abduction (see press release).

The campaign will inform international couples about EU rules and encourage such agreements, which are in the best interest of the child as possible.
